Authorized Factory Dealers
Authorized or Non-Authorized Dealers? Does it matter?
Audio N More is factory authorized for most brands we sell. We
have a very good relationship with these manufactures and are proud to
present their lines to the consumer. We challenge you to find any
local dealer in your home town who is actually "Authorized" for every brand
of merchandise he sells! The subject of "authorization" is usually brought
up by a local retailer trying to rationalize their higher prices.
Unfortunately there are Internet retailers that falsely claim factory
authorization where in fact there is none. Although some manufacturers do
attempt to prevent this type of activity, it does indeed exist.
Some other manufacturers condemn Internet sales because they cannot
control the retail pricing while suggesting the reason is a lack of
personalized service. We believe the educated customer is capable of
deciding if the benefit of saving their cash is worth the lack of face to
face service.
What does it really mean to you, the consumer?
Regardless of what some websites publish, there are manufacturers who
refuse to warranty their products if not purchased from an authorized
dealer. The customer may never know for certain about a dealer until he/she
has a warranty issue.

Audio N More will warranty those products against manufacturer's defect for
a period equal in duration to the manufacturer's warranty up to a period of

covers manufacturer's defects only and this does not apply to
speakers that have been 'blown,' damaged, abused or misused. Same is
applicable to electronic pieces. This is the industry standard.
