4:00 am.My family and I woke up to a loud boom. We rush outside the balcony and saw a big fire northeast from our balcony.
There was a massive explosion in the Keele & Wilson area at a propane facility. People were evacuated from their homes.

At this point (4:37 a.m. Aug. 30) we don't know whether the explosion was chemical or by virtue of its proximity to the Toronto Airport if a plane had crashed. This was the southwest view of it, filmed at the corner of Sheppard and Bathurst.
Update 12:46 a.m.: turns out it was a propane plant explosion. Company is Sunrise Propane.
