  WHEN DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?**

**UPS tracking numbers are not issued until the order 'physically' ships from one of our warehouse locations. The UPS site will send the tracking number automatically at that time. When product ships from some 'remote' locations, UPS tracking can be late or not available. Sorry, we have no control over our drop shippers.

Shipping 

Any orders placed after normal business hours will be considered received the next business day. Most of our shipping is done via United Parcel Service (UPS). All deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage. We offer Ground, 3-day select, 2nd day Air, via UPS. When necessary, we can ship via USPS (see Policy page)

  

Express Shipping

Please note, express shipments with UPS do not mean you will receive the package in 1 or 2 days from time of order placement. We ship from several locations and still require time for processing your order. (See Policy Page) If you require that your package be delivered the very next day, please contact our sales dept via phone.
